ÜDV mindenkinek.
Megint meg állt a tudományom ehhez a trágyadombhoz kellene rajz amin a Táp és az inverter is szerepel az oldalon fent van de csak hiányosan ha esetleg valakinek meg lenne akkor tegye fel legyen szíves nagyon sokat segítene vele. A hiba jelenség (hiányzó alkatrészek) Poz.szám: U205 és az U204.

Sziasztok a fent említett inverteren egy kics "öcsi" panel található. Azon egy OC960SN 20 lábú smd ic , és két SIP8 fet. Számok sajnos nem olvashatók , ha sima IR7313 at tettem bele füst. P-N es duálfet kell hozzá ? Melyiket válasszam ? HQ elektroniknál vagyok járatos. Rajzba nem találtam konkrétumot egyenlőre , amit találtam az ic vel ott ilyen fettel oldja meg.

MEgoldás: A P-MOS DUAL fet és a N-MOS DUAL fet tönkrement a 470uF25V os kondi kipuposodása miatt.

Egy SAMSUNG BN44-00195A táp a bolondját járatja velem. Nem indul. Helyesebben próbál, pulzál. A pfc villany csak 308V, a készenlétinek jó, elég, az megy. De a főtáp nem. Terheletlenül nyüszít, terhelve kattog, újraindul...
Elektrolit kondik jók, mérve, esr-re is, de a kritikusok cserélve... Gyakorlatilag az SMD vackok kivételével minden kimérve, de azok a gagyi bakelit nyák miatt roncsolásmentesen csak nehezen szedhetők ki. Inkább kérdezek, hátha valaki bekefutott ilyenbe...

Olyan zárlatos a panel hogy nem tudom most már mit kel rajta kicserélnem.
