Segítségre lenne szükségem!
Adott egy 42"-os Samsung plasma TV amiben el szált két darab IGBT.
IGBT típusa: GP70N33 (Hazánkban nem találtam beszerzési forrást)
Kérdésem lenne hogy hol tudnék ilyen IGBT-t vásárolni vagy mivel tudnám helyettesíteni?

Kerdesem lenne a fenti Samsung lcd-vel kapcsolatban.
A tv bekapcsolas utan elinditja a rendesen a hattervilagitas, majd 1 masodpercre ra el is alszik.Az eredeti tapegysegen a 24v os trafo kornyeke meg volt erosen barnulva es ciripelt is, de minden feszultseg rendben volt.
(24v detect-5.3v, lcd on/off 5.0V stb).Az lcd on/off tapfesz az megmarad, de a felvillanas utan nem lesz hattervilagitas.
Eloszor inverter zarlatra gyanakodtam, mivel a 24v es az lcd inditasi 5v megvolt, de zsakutca, majd komplett psu csere utan szinten ugyanaz...
Inverter es psu cserelese utan is fenn all a hiba, ami valoszinusithetoen a BN41-00813B MP1.0 tipusu board vagy esetleg a Tcon hibaja.
Kerdes lenne talalkozott-e valaki hasonlo hibaval?Sajnos kapcsolasi rajzot nem sikerult beszerezni ehhez a panelhoz (BN41-00813B MP1.0).
Minden kedves segitseget elore is koszonom.

Sziasztok , BN41-01660B main , Samsung UE40D5500 csak lógóig jut el, kikapcsol és újra indul . Tud ebben valaki segíteni ?
