A fenti gép 12V-os ágán 2 db 470uF/ 25V elkó púpos volt. A táp 7-11V között pulzált. Cseréje után stabilan beállt a 12,6V.
De! nem indul, nem tud bebootolni. Szakaszosan villogtatja a stby ledet. Szoftver hibára gondolok, alacsony/ ingadozó táp miatt sérülhetett a tartalom.
Találtam benne a BGA-s NANDon kívül egy 24C512 eepromot és egy 25Q80 FLASHt. A kijelzője CY-NN043HGNV6V.
Ezek tartalmát kicserélném hátha ...
Megköszönném ha valaki tudna küldeni tartalmat vagy forrást hozzá.

Segítségre lenne szükségem!
Adott egy 42"-os Samsung plasma TV amiben el szált két darab IGBT.
IGBT típusa: GP70N33 (Hazánkban nem találtam beszerzési forrást)
Kérdésem lenne hogy hol tudnék ilyen IGBT-t vásárolni vagy mivel tudnám helyettesíteni?

Tudnátok segíteni, lenne ez a JVC élvilágítós Vestel.
Háttér van, a távira reagál, de kép nincs.
A 12V rajta van a T-conon, de pl, az eepromon már nincs delej.
Egyszer, vagy 2 éve javítottam már SMD kondi zárlattal, de most nem mérek zárlatot...:(

Milyen Trafók jók még a helyébe?
Samsung CW-29M024N típusú tévében volt.
