Elakadtam a fenti TV készülék tápegységének javítása közben. A következő félvezetők beszerzésére nem találok forrást. Ehhez kérnék segítséget és/vagy a helyettesítésükre ötletet. Ami tönkrement: 2sk2717 (Toshiba gy.) ezt sikerült beszereznem, 2sk2917 (Toshiba gy.) ez nincs, FMDG 26 (teljesítmény dióda) ez sincs.

Keresek flash mentést első körben.Hátha megoldódik.Winbond 25X20BV-t kiolvastam-töröltem-visszaírtam a tartalmat, de nem jött be.
Persze lehet proci, ram vagy akármi más is.
A hiba jelenség: Hálózati fesz. alá helyezéskor tán 50 alkalomból 1x ha elindul.Ilyenkor pirosan világít a stby led és bekapcsolható.
Amúgy kék színnel indít,pár mp. után villan egyet a led,de se tovább.A tápok megvannak, ha a BL ON lára 3V-ot adok a háttér bekapcsol,se kép-hang-osd nincs. Az alaplap DUNTK915.Sininél van DUNTKF915FM06 néven,barátságos áron 86.468x1.27 magyar froncsiért.

Egy ismerős tv piros ledje villog egyenletesen. Ezen kívül semmire nem reagál. kihúz bedug nyomkodtam már mindent minden kombinációban de semmi reakció. Olyan mintha időzítő lenne rajta de kihúz bedug sem törli.
Tanácsaitokat várom.
