Egy ultrahangos teljesítményelektronikában vannak az alábbi IC-k melyekről semmilyen adatlapot nem találtam:
GF0803 - SMD 8 pin: ez 1 vezetékes (1-be, 1-ki) szintáttevő vagy optó lehet
GF1402 - SMD 14 pin: ez kapuáramkör lehet
SE0801 - SMD 8 pin: ez 2 vezetékes szintillesztő, vagy adatbusz illesztő lehet.
Elképzelhető, hogy ezek egyedi típusok, mert semmit sem találok róluk, de hátha valakinek sikerül. Több rétegű a panel, nehéz lenne pontosan kiarajzolni.

A fenn nevezett DIGI-csodával küzdök.
Az úgy kezdődött, hogy:
Leégett benne a táp ic 3.-as lábára kötött 3db 1ohm-os párhuzamosan kötött SMD ellenállás. Gondoltam: semmi gond van itthon 0,22 ohm/1W ellenállás beletettem.Zárlatot nem mértem sehol, bekapcsoltam, de nem indult. Az ic re gyanakszom: ICE3BR1765 van benne. A lábain a tápfeszültség meg van. A CS lábra van kötve a cserélt ellenállás. A 7-es 8-as lábak között ~13V-ot mérek (VCC), még sem indul.
Találkozott már valaki ezzel, ilyen hibával?

Kaptam javításra egy 3 késes Philips akkumlátoros borotvát (a tulaj akkut cserélt benne). A tápegység ic-je ledobta a kalapját, csak annyit lehet róla leolvasni, hogy TE...MT. Valószínűleg TEA a tipusjele, de hogy mi a száma? Szerencsére nekem is van egy Philips, csak 2 késes borotvám. Gyorsan szétkaptam, hogy milyen ic van benne. TEA1402, ami természetesen nem egyezett a másikkal. Az előző 14, az enyém 18 lábú smd tokos (érdekes, hogy a Lomexnél van TEA1402, de az adatlapján 1401 szerepel, és 20 lábú). Az Alldatasheet.com-on végignéztem az összes TEA ic-t, de nem találtam olyat, ami jó lenne nekem (érdekes, hogy ott 1402 nincs is).
Ha valaki legalább a tipusban tudna segíteni, nagyon megköszönném!
