Tipikus Opel hiba, nincs szikra és a szivattyú sem megy. Az ECU-ban a Delco 274H IC ami elvileg azonos a DS3668 Quad Fault Protected Peripheral Driver-el egyik kimenetés lévő SMD dióda megégett. A diódán M 146 4801 olvasható.
Segítséget kérnék a beazonosításához, esetleg valakinek volna eredeti IC?

Tudnátok segíteni?
Lenne egy riasztóval szerelt gk., aminek a két első ablakát kéne felhúzni a központi zár lezárásakor.
A bal ablakhoz egy un. autó 4 állású ablakemelő kapcsoló van, amit ha kicsit nyomok csak addig emel, ameddig nyomom, ha nagyon akkor teljesen felhúzza az ablakot. Ez nem lenne gond. De a másik, csak két állású, tehát addig megy amíg nyomom a kapcsolót. Tudnátok valami egyszerű rajzot erre a problémára?

Egy jó barátom most vett egy Renault Twingo-t, s akkucsere után a rádió kéri a kódot.. Sehol sincs persze. Van gyári kiskönyve mindene, de a kód sehol sincs..

Egy elektromos robogó beázott, és abba keresek RU6888R N-MOS-FET+D tranzisztorokat. A Google ismeri, de sem a HQ-nál, sem a SINI-nél nem ismerik.
Szerintem, ha tudna valaki segíteni, hogy mi lehet a megfelelője, ami itt kapható, sokkal olcsóbb volna. Böngésztem, böngésztem, de csak Dióda nélküli volt ilyen képességű FET (legalábbis, amit én találtam).
