A képen csak az egyik oldala van.
A piros nyíllal jelölt FET elfüstölt benne, de rondán. Az aktív kapcsoló elem a két tranzisztor (Q12,Q13). AZ IC 7-es lába a kimenet, a 6-os "Output 1 dead time/soft start setting" néven fut.
Miért van bent az a FET, mire jó? Próbálok rájönni mi az, ami miatt bekerült. Elég izmos. Elsőre azt gondoltam, hogy valamiféle engedélyező, de nem látom mi vezérli és milyen mechanizmussal.
Tudnátok segíteni?

Kérdésem, van-é rajza valakinek a fent említett 21'-os döghöz.
Fotós ismerősömé, ragaszkodik hozzá. Az LCD színhűségével nincs megelégedve.
Elindul, de nincs nagyfesz, az eltérítőből viszont a képeltérítés jellegzetes kerregése hallik. A panelra szitázott tápok megvannak.

Üdv tisztelt Mesterek! Bajlódok egy autós 7" LCD monitorral.Keresném a következő alkatrészek megfelelőjét: A1AA és 2P a betűk után elforditva. SOT23 tok. Dióda:SK14 SOD23. Előre is köszönöm:Öreg Tom

Kaptam egy fent említett típusú monitort aminek nem mindig megy a háttétfénye.Minden esetben beindul de olyan mintha érintkezéshibás lenne.Sajnos a nekem meglévő rajzon a LED meghajtó nem szerepel így nem igazán tudom merre induljak a hibakeresésben. Most ott tartok hogy a kondikat nézem át de jó lenne egy olyan eljárás amivel tesztelni tudom a háttérfény meglétét.
Ha valaki ismeri a készüléket legyen szíves segítsen.
