Egy Nissan Pathfinder fűtőventilátor kontrollert kellene javítanom, de olyan
"szépen" szétszedték, hogy a benne lévő félvezetőt nem tudom azonosítani, pont a feliratnál hiányzik egy darab a tokból.
NEC gyártmány, az első karakter "K", tehát a 2SK sorozatból valami.....
Ha valaki tud segíteni, megköszönném.
Netes keresés nem volt eredményes.

Megpusztult az autóm elektronikája, tán az immo.
Van-e valakinek infója, hogy lehetne kicselezni?
2002-es Daewoo Lanos 1.3
Az utóbbi napokban egyszer kétszer előfordult, hogy indításkor rövid idő múlva leállt, majd újraindítva hibátlanul működött.
Most már nem indul el.
Kivett kulccsal az immo LED-je normálisan villog, majd a gyújtást ráadva rövid idő múlva elalszik.
Viszont amikor indítózok veszettül elkezd villogni és nem indul el (nyilván)
Benzin van a szűrő után, szikra is van, úgy néz ki tilt az immo, mert az injektorok zárva maradnak.
Előre is köszi az ötleteket!

Hi, I have a battery power charger for a bike BOSCH 36-4/230 (BCS220) which I would like to get the electrical schema.
The fuse and the the first small condensator at the entry of the diodes bridge have burn. after replace them, High voltage is present but nothing oscillate.
