Do I need to jumper any pins on the connector to gnd or B+ to get proper power into the radio?

Keresem a CLAA0621A11CW LCD kijelző adatlapját, esetleg a Kenwood DDX374BT vagy DNX4150BT kapcsolási rajzát. Az LCD-ből csak a 01CW adatlapját találtam meg, de nem tudom, a gamma feszültségek ugyanazok-e.
Ezen az oldalon elérhető lenne, de regisztráció után pontokat is kellene gyűjteni, vagy valami céges regisztráció kellne.

This radio is to a 1970's MG/MGB vehicle. Its using an older 14 Pin DIP IC to
do the FM stuff, its marked T2D. Cross ref comes to a NTE723.
If I put my metal probe on pin 9 or 10 (detector) I can hear a local FM station playing,
but the tuning has no effect.
I have 100 ohms from pin 9 or 10 to gnd. Pin 3 is seen directly tied to gnd, and pin 4 also reads short to gnd
and there is no DC volts on it also no dc volts on pin 5. I can see no dc volts on any pin I probe. Is the IC bad?
Its not getting warm for short and current draw on the PS is minimal.

Tudnátok segíteni, lenne egy retro Blau rádió. Az a gondja, hogy 1/3
hangerőnél szépen szól, de ahogy adagolom tovább a hangerőt, bugás,
gerjedés ül a hangra úgy hogy el is nyomja. A végén a gerjedés gátló
RC tag R néztem az jó. Rapityára kell szedni hogy hozzáférjek bármihez.
Ott tartok hogy külön a vég jól szól más forrásról, a rádió rész is
jól szól egy PC hangfalról....
Esetleg ötlet?
