A tápja k.o. lett, a mély vég zárlata miatt.
Ki vannak véve a mély végFET-ek.
A tápban cserélve U602, U603 A két IGBT a 4 meghajtó tranyója, a 10, és a 49,9R -ek.....
Illetve a 15V előállító részből kivettem az egyik MPSW42, mert k.o volt úgy, hogy 2 van csak benne.
A 15V control megvan, de az a Q610 felől jön.
Annyit csinál, hogy az IGBT-k G-jén kb 1 Hz-el 5Vpp jelet mérek......A secben a 4 MBR30-on semmi nem mérek...se delej, se zárlat...
A TL494 freki meghatározó elemei szerint kb. 300kHz körül kéne mennie. A rajzon nincs, de a c622 egy 10R keresztül megy a 5 lábra. A q612 is jó, de az mit csinál....???

Szép napot mindenkinek ! A fenti gép F70-es hibakóddal kiáll ,teljesen változó, időközönként .Amikor megy akkor minden ok. Tápok rendben ,a végfokok sem melegednek, átforrasztottam az egészet. Ha a megoldásában tudna valaki segíteni nagyon megköszönném !
Kaptam egy ilyen erősítőt ingyen, hogy ha akarom akkor rakjam össze magamnak. Az előző -szakértő- tulajdonos kicserélt benne jópár kondenzátort de valami savval forrasztott, ennek következtében úgy nézett ki a panel alja, mintha lehányták volna. Miután újraforrasztottam az egészet...eltüntettem pár rövidzárat...áthidaltam pár szakadást nem vettem észre, hogy a végfok ic + és - tápját is sikerült összefolyatni a szakinak, így bekapcsolást követően egy meglehetősen nagy csattanással megszűnt a zárlat. A gép egyébként bekapcsolt, csakhogy pár másodperc után elkezdett füstöni a trafója. Miután lekötöttem mindent a trafóról utána is elkezd búgni és füstölni... A kérdés, hogy vajon megéri-e szerezni új trafót, vagy inkább kuka? Egyébként kb. 150-200W-os a trafó 2x43V, 2x15v, 6v, 12v tekercsek vannak rajta.
Hello I’m new here I know there is a SMPS schematic on this website but I need the full schematic for the hole machine or a service manual or both for the Camco Audio Vortex 6 PA Amplifier if anyone has a copy can you please upload it I’ve tried asking for it in the wanted section of the website but since someone uploaded just the SMPS now it wont let me ask for the full machine schematic or service manual please help thank you
