Hoztak 2 db mono házigyártmányu QUAD-ot, az egyiket mintának mert az jó.A másikban azonnal kiég a végtranzisztor MJ 15003 (TO-3), meg az egyik meghajtója BD246C.Tápja kb 500VA toroid transzformator 2x44000uF elkókkal, tápja stabil ±56V. Az OP LT318 fémtokos volt, az is rossz volt.
Beraktam uj MJ15003-at kiégett, meg elégett a NYAK-on egy pár helyen a vezeték ezek után olcsobb 2N3055-öt tettem bele az is azonnal kiégett.
Most OP helyett TL081-et, majd mostmár TL071-et, ezen az OP-n 6-os kimeneten 1.1V helyett -8.8V van, ha kiakasztom a hangszóró kimenetrôl a visszacsatolást (R5=4k7) akkor -14V-om van, de ez átsétál lassan +14V-ra, OP tápja ZY15-el stabilizálva van de nekem 15.9V,-15.6V van, próbáltam a pl.negatív tápot (mivel nincs duplatápom) külsô táppal kiegyenliteni de a 6-os kimenet nem változott.
Tr2 kolektorán +54V (jó?)
Tr1,Tr3,Tr4 emiterjein +54V (rossz)
Végfok bázisokon +54V (rossz)
A rajz ehhez hasonlo de gyengített nincs benne a Tr5, Tr6, az OP kimenetén nincs D8 zener,D9 zener.

egyik napról a másikra a fenti lemezjátszóm elkezdett lassan futni, és nyávog is. 33 és 45-ös fordulaton is, 78-at nem tudtam tesztelni :)
a kártyák szemre jól néznek ki, 10 éve át lett kondizva mikor hozzám került, púpos, nyílt, folyt kondi nincsen. minden egyéb funkció jól működik.
valami központi probléma lesz, csak nem vagyok biztos benne, hogy hol kezdjek hozzá. multiméterem, szkópom, ESR mérőm van. a service manual itt is elérhető.

Somogyi elektronika forgalmazza a bum boxot. 8 lábu smd vegfok zárlatos, nem olvasható a felirat rajta. Tudja valaki a típusát?

A Somogyi elektronika nagyon korrekt volt, megírta, hogy az eszköz kétféle panellal készült, amelyikben 8 lábu a vegfok, abban HT 8693 típust használták!
