Tisztelt Tanyalakók!
A fentnevezett mosógépet szeretném megjavítani, de már kifogytam az ötletekből. A gazdinak leverte a biztosítékot, aztán tovább semmi. A vízszintszabályzót ki kellett cserélnem, mert összeégtek a csatlakozók. A főmotort kipucoltam. Ott kezdődik a baj, hogy az ajtót nem hajlandó bezárni. Az ajtózár kapcsolót, meg az összes perifériát lepróbáltam külső tápról, az ok. A panelon 5V táp megvan, de 12V-ot nem találom sehol. A reléket tudom működtetni külső 12V-rol. Jó lenne a panelról egy rajz.

Már megint megtaláltam a tutit. :-(
A következő a tünet: Motor üresben - szíj, terhelés nélkül rendben, terhelve az áram felmegy akár hét- nyolc amperre. BTB24 triac hideg, a graetz izzik, a fojtótekercs szintén zizeg, és forró. Fordulatszabályzás működik, terhelésre növeli a nyomatékot. Másik, hibátlan motorral szintén ugyanez a helyzet, tehát motorhiba kizárva. (padon hibátlan, az áramfelvétele is)
Itt sikerült megállnom. Merre tovább? Sajna semmi épkézláb ötletem nincs. Fojtót (?) nem cseréltem, graetzet igen. Triacot alapból kizártam.
