Sziasztok. A minap behoztak a fent nevezett nyomtatobol a fekete kazettat ujratoltesre. Rendelesre jott a toner is es a csip is. A furcsa jelenseg a kovetkezo: kiirja, hogy "missing toner Y K", annak ellenere, hogy mind a 4 kazetta bent van. A szervizkonyv lehetseges oknak azt irja, hogy "nem engedelyezett kazetta" hasznalata. Ha kiveszem a fekete kazettat, kiirja hogy missing toner K - helyesen. Ha beteszem a feketet es kiveszem a sargat, ugyancsak a feketet keri, annak ellenere, hogy a fekete bent van, a sarga meg nincs. Talalkozott valaki hasonlo jelenseggel? Avagy ez is csak eredeti kazettakal megy?

A fenti nyomtatót usb-n nem érem el akármit csináltam a gépen. Új driver, kábel, másik gép.
Van vmi diagnosztikai beállítás a nyomtatón vagy csak egyszerűen behalt a nyomtató?
