Gázkazán vásárlás /Köszönöm a javaslatokat!/

Sziasztok!
Jelenleg Eti 25-ös gázkazánunk van, amelyik úgy tudom, hogy nem tartozik a gazdaságos kazánok közé. Gondolkozunk egy modernebb, talán kondenzációs kombi kazán cserén. 
A fő kérdésem, hogy milyen mértékű hatásfok javulást várhatok a cserétől, és milyen mértékű gázfogyasztás várható, hasonló felhasználás mellett. Tud valaki segíteni, aki már hasonló cserét végzett, javult-e, és ha igen, akkor mennyi százalékkal lett kisebb a gáz felhasználása egy szezon alatt? 
Tehát, megéri lecserélni a régi kazánt, és ha igen, akkor melyikre?

A  hozzászólásokból ezen elsődleges feladatokra jutottam: kazán csere átgondolása, (kondenzációs kazán csere csak a teljes fűtési rendszer cseréjével lenne gazdaságos), ház külső szigetelése, pincében csövek szigetelése, keringető szivattyú beépítése,  láng nagyságának gazdaságos beállítása, és a fűtött hőmérséklet csökkentése 1-2 fokkal...  

Köszönöm mindenkinek, aki segíteni próbált a gazdaságos megoldásban.

Fűtőlap kerámia készités
Sziasztok! Milyen anyagból lehet un. kerámia lapokat készíteni? Ami nagy hőmérsékleteket is elbír, 800-1200C' gondolok. Egyedi formákra gondolok nem főzőlap vagy hasonló.... Szempont még hogy aránylag erős és munkálható is legyen, és a vastagsága nem lehet több 1cm-nél.
