Rendelt valaki mostanában TDA8920BJ végfokot?
A hq-videó-tól vettem.
Az bal csatorna torzan, jobb rendesen szólt, kb 5 percig, majd végleg elköltözött az örök vadászmezőkre.
Előtte másik szervizben volt, ahonnan javítatlanul visszaadták. Állítólag. Persze az ícé cserélve volt arra a típusra amit én is kaptam. Gyanítom széria hibás lehet. A +- 28V megvan.

A készülék folyamatosan keres, de a talált állomásnál csak kb.1 másodpercre áll meg.A kijelzőn ez nem látszik, be lehet állítani a venni kívánt frekvenciát, de a keresés ettől teljesen függetlenül fut.Sajnos nem találtam dokumentációt a készülékhez.
Kérem a témában tapasztalt kollégák segítségét.

Adott egy ilyen icepower200asc erositőmodul, úgy került hozzám, hogy a 4db vegfok FET közül az egyik rossz volt. Csere utan is tönkremegy.
A tápok megvannak, 47V, +/-12V a műveleti erősítőknek.
Rajzot kimondottan ehhez a modulhoz nem találtam, csak az Icepower200ac modulhoz.
sok alkatreszt teszteltem benne(ellenallasok, kondik, diodak, tranzisztorok), jónak tünnek.
Most a fet-ek nincsenek rajta, igy tudom mérni a gate lábra kerülő feszültségeket. Valamiért nem tetszenek az értékek
Javított valaki ilyet, van valami tapasztalat?
