Sziasztok,
egy Gericom T920 / S1902D LCD-vel küzdök. Találtam benne két zárlatos alkatrészt. Jelölése: DK és alatta QH. Vagy SOT89, vagy SOT223 tokozás. Kisméretű SMD és 3+1 kivezetéses. Ezt nem tudom beazonosítani, mit is tegyek ide. Lehet ez 2SD1682, vagy 2SC4672? Ezek jelölése a DK. Esetleg rajzot is megköszönnék, a feltöltöttek között nem találtam.

van itt egy ilyen készülék, és találtam az inverterében egy zárlatos SMD tranzisztort JG jelöléssel. A http://www.bsselektronika.hu/index.php?w=A8v3MWDuMr oldalon nem létezik ez a jelölés, az egyik Tanyán található katalógusban pedig ezt találtam:
JG BAR99 Sie E - fast sw diode 70V 0.25A
JG 2SK208-G Tos - SOT23 N Channel FET
JG 2SK879-GR Tos - SOT323 N Channel FET
SOT23 tokozásnak tűnik, ez alapján 2SK208-G lenne, de ez meg nem rendelhető. Szerintetek mit tegyek ide?

Kaptam egy ilyen monitort aminek az a baja, hogy valaki levágta a vga kábelt róla.
Hogyan lehetne beazonosítani a kábel bekötését? (A scaler panel csatlakzó megvan így az oda menő kábelek színeit legalább látom)

A fenti monitor szivat nem találok igazán hibát .

A kondik jónak tűnnek mértem őket.
Ja és PFC-tápja van.
