Zárlatos lett a képen látható világos piros tranzisztor egy asztali ruszki ventillátor (RTV-1) tirisztoros fordulatszabályzójában, így még a lábsorrendet se tudom se azt hogy pnp/npn, ez a tirisztor gate körében van.
Ha valaki tudná adatjait azt megköszönném.
PS.Gondoltam már hogy kidobjam az egész NYAK-ot, és egy kinai olcso triackos fényszabalyzot tegyek bele, de megakarom hagyni az eredeti potit ami 4k7-es, es ez sajnos elég kicsi a triakos 500k-hoz képest..
PPS. Bocs mégse tirisztor az eredeti (TC106-10) hanem triak, TIC106-al kevertem össze.

Ma hoztak egy táska fentebb leirt táp egységet nem e válanám el a javitását.
Mivel most más munkám nem lévén,hát elvettem.
Kinyitás után3 elko mindbe megvan puffadva,de más at nem látok benne egyenlőre hibásna kégésnek nyoma nincs biztik rendbe,de egy gram fesz nem jön ki belőle.
Ha valameikőtök foglalkozott ilyesmive,valami utmutató jó lenne,estleg rajz hozzá.
