Üdv!
Ez a TC144E egy Nile Nt1475-ös TV tápjában van, a szabályozó körben 3 tranzisztor, ezek közül ez az egyik, és még van ott 2 db 815. A nyákon b, c, e van a lábakra nyomtatva, de vagy nem tranzisztor, vagy hibás. Akkora, mint egy BC tranzisztor, vagy egy TL431. Rajzot sem találok a TV-ről, így nem tudom beazonosítani.

Hali.Szórakozok evvel a csodával már pár napja de nem jutok elöre.Kezdeti hiba az eltéritö horizontális tekercs beégett,cseréltem innentöl nem áll le teljesen készenlétre szóval távval kikapcs a kép hang el is tünik de tovvábra is megy a magas fesz meg a függ eltérités.Amit átnéztem hálózati kapcsoló(cseréltem)tranyókat az összeset analóg müszerel kimértem,elkók kizárva procit cseréltem eppromokat is teletext ict is ez csak azért mert ráadásul osd sincs a text az rendbe.Az lm 317 stab ic kimenö lábát vizsgálva üzem közbe 12v készenlétbe 2v hogy a fenébe tud tovább üzemelni a tv ha nem kapja meg a 12v ot?Szkópom nincs de a hsync,vert syinc ágakat átnéztem de hibát nem találok.Esetleg ha valaki tudna e tanácsot adni hogy merre kutakodjak mert már kifogytam.Üdv
