SzBálint javaslatára, a kérdésem áttem a HISENSE témából erre fórumra, hátha itt tudtok segíteni.
Van egy HISENSE 43A7KQ TV-m.
Három napja frissítette magát. Azóta két gomb nem működik a távirányítón, és a menüje még rosszabb lett, mint volt (bizonyos funkciókat alig lehet elérni).
Eszembe nem jutott, hogy az amúgy is híresen sz@r szoftvert tovább lehet rontani egy frissítéssel. De, lehet.
Hogy lehetne visszavarázsolni a régi szoftverét? A neten csak upgrade-vel foglalkozó oldalakat találok, de a visszaállítás lehetőségét nem.
Előre is köszönöm a segítséget.

A címben említett tv ki írja a logót majd újra indul és ezt ismétli folyamatosan. Flash hibára gyanakszom, ezért keresnék mentést hozzá 25q16 spi flash lakozik benne. RSGA7.820.50001 mainbord.

Dear all,
this TV, Hisense H60N5705 installed in a conference room, turns off automatically a few minutes after being switched on.
The problem started to occur suddenly, during a video conference. It was switched on with the remote control, continued to work for a while and then switched off again.
The room technician changed the power cable (?), the HDMI cable (??) but the problem of course remained.
I asked if it changes anything by connecting the TV to another source but, even if it is left on the OSD menu, it stays on for a few minutes and then switches off.
So they took the TV (a 60’ which is not easy to handle) to the lab and asked me to check it.
I still have to open it up, but I don't have the schematic diagrams and should proceed by trial and error, although I imagine a problem with the power supply stage.
How do you suggest I proceed, since I don't do TV but RF ?
