Üdv!
Egy készülék (notebook táp, túlfesz.védő) javitása közben találtam a rajzon szereplő alkatrészt. 6 lábú sot23 méretű darab. (Az xxx leolvashatatlan felirat.)
Csak a Z1 jelzésre találtam értelmes találatot (komplementer tranzisztor), 1Z, ZI, IZ nincs, vagy ilyen tokban nincs, vagy adott alkalmazásban értelmetlen. Aztán a kapcsolás visszarajzolása közben elbizonytalanodtam, melyik láb az 1-es?
Sajnos az adatlap szerint más-más tokban kétféle bekötéssel is ugyanez a jelölés.
Ha a rajz szerinti bal alsó sarok, akkor értelmetlen kapcsolás jön ki...
Szerintetek hogyan kell nézni a tokot? Van erre szabály?

Egy egyenirányító kódjainak visszafejtéséhez kellene nekem némi segítség.
Szevasztok:A barátom felesége sztrógót kapott ,és tanulna járni, de gyors a futópadjuk,a barátom mivel garanciás a gép nem enged hozzá nyúlni,próbáltam 120v-140v-160v-ról müködtetni,de nem lassul,van nekem kinai 2000w-os teljesitmény szabályozóm,,azzal zúg morog a gépjük,tehát ez sem oldotta meg a lassitás,kérdésem volna-e valakinek további ötlete üdv:lali
