Sziasztok! A fent leírt szárítógép került hozzám,túlfűtés és csak egy programon hajlandó szárítani-hibával!NTC-re gyanakodom valaki tudja-e az értékét szobahőmérsékleten? Köszi!

A fent említett panel javításra érkezett .Hiba : " Semmit sem csinál . " Type : LB20006 C FWMP4ICL1200 Code : 215011697 . 00 S.W. :16.02.11
Vagy villámcsapás vagy hálózati túlfeszültség érte . A fotók magukért beszélnek .

Tisztítás . A J001,J004,csatlakozó müa. házának , RV001, RV002 ,RV003,RV005,varisztornak,R044,ellenállásnak, és a K001 relének,a cseréje.

A tápfeszek 12VDC,5VDC,és a 3,3VDC megjelentek . Rendben van az áramfelvétele 230VAC-ről . Iac : 5-7 mA . Lásd fotó . Teszteljük a mosógépben .

Túl vagyunk a panel tesztelésén mosógépben . Az egyik relé pereg és a a mosógép nem működik .
Kicserélem a reléket (kínai) EVO-II. panelből kitermelt relékre . A lebontásnál kiderült,hogy a hűtőborda alatt és környékén , még maradt korom .
Kiderült ,hogy az ULN2003 SMD IC a UP-s panelen "kidurrant".Kicseréltem .Fóliát pótoltam.Az Iac:185mA-re növekedett . Hallani,ahogy egy relé meghúz.Ennyi volt.
Mosógépem "kálváriája:
Módosítás: A mikrokontroller hiba-memóriája megtelt. Ha valakinek lenne valami trükkje, ötlete, hogyan tudnám törölni/frissíteni igen örülnék!
