az elején egy kék LED világít

A tápegységen mérve 5V standby rendben
a többi feszültség 3 másodpercenként van, majd 3 másodperc múlva kikapcsol, értékeik megfelelőek.Ezt sokáig ismételgeti.
A táp felé is kapcsolgatja a standby jelet a vezérlő panel ki-be azonos ütemben.
Az inverter-tápegység panel YP1922-4LHM, bár nem hiszem, hogy ez a gond.
Találkozott valaki ezzel a hibával?

Most hozták a tvét, hogy nem lehet bekapcsolni. Átnézés után a tápban cseréltem a 47uf a primer körben, most néha indul, néha nem( többször inkább nem ). A tápegység típusa 17IPS61-3, amikor nem indul, akkor hangosabb a táp, mikor meg megy akkor nem. Most a sötétben vettem észre, hogy amikor nem indul, akkor 4-et villog a led az előlapon, de ezt nagyon halványan lehet látni. Most ez táp hiba , vagy alaplap hiba lehet?
