Segítséget kérek egy fent említett LCD táp javításához.
A tápegység működik, de a PFC áramkör nem, a puffer 320V.
A táp panel száma: EAY4050500; LG37-08H.
A PFC IC típusát nagy nehezen sikerült leolvasni SG6961ZS. Ennek az IC-nek az adatlapja megvan, de az azon levő applikáció, nagyon nem hasonlít a modulon levő kapcsoláshoz.
Ha volna ilyen rajza valakinek, bizonyára sokat segítene.

A hibát a PFC (SG6961ZS) IC hideg-forrasztása okozta, a puffer feszültség 389V lett.

keresnék a fent nevezett tv-hez chassis-t,akár még hibás is szóba jöhet,vagy ha ez sincs akkor elég lehet elvileg a flash ic-is tipusa mx25L3205.de akár ha véletlenül lenne vkinek tartalom ebböl az ic-böl az is megtenné.
Fent nevezett modell 1-2 percenként, hol gyakrabban, hol ritkábban ki-be kapcsolgat, a képernyő kikapcsoláskor pedig csíkosan, foltosan megy el.
Tápegységben volt néhány púpos CapXon puffer elkó, azokat kicseréltem de a hiba továbbra is fennáll. Más gondja nincs.
Mit lehetne még kezdeni vele?
