Az Y boardon a hibrid zárlatos. Érdemes vele foglalkozni tekintettel a kijelzőn látható "felhősödésre" ?

Hello!
A fenti Tv-be pár hónapja nand csere történt, mert csak logóig jutott és újraindult.
Most bekapcsolás után minden oké és 2 perc 20 másodperc után újraindul, újra be botol működik rendesen, 2 perc 20 másodperc után megint újraindul és így tovább.
Megint tönkre ment a nand benne?

a fenti plasma többszöri-egymásutáni- 230v-os hálózat ki-be kapcsolódás után ua teszi mint a hálózat.
230v bedug-stby led on-villog,indulna-képernyőn enyhe halvány derengés-majd kikapcs és folyt köv.
tápfeszeket mértem-jók. ua mint az előirt.
y-mainban kondit még nem cseréltem,de a félvezetőket átmérve zárlatot nem találtam.
valakinek ötlete-tapasztalata??
esetleg bontásból panel??

A tévét szétszedve mértem a tápokat, OK.Power on feszültséget mértem 5v úgy hogy még nem is indítottam a tv-t.Az alaplapon mérve a q801-es tranzisztoron(P1 smd jelölésse)
emitterén standby 5V-ot itt kapja.A collektorán is 5V ezért indítja a tápot egyből.Leszedve a tranzisztort és próbálva bekapcsoláskor a standby 5V-is eltűnik.Előélete a TV-nek "túlfeszt kapott".Nincs rövidzár a standby 5V-on mégis letilt a táp ha az alaplapra rá van csatlakozva.A tápba lesz a hiba vagy az alaplapon merre induljak?
