erről a fentebb leirt ic ről szeretnék valami segitséget kapni,vég erősitő,de nemtalálok róla semmit.

Van egy "D" osztályos hifonics autós erősítőm. Fet-eket kellett benne cserélnem, mert elszálltak. Gyárilag SW50N06 volt benne, viszont ilyen nem kapni itthon sehol sem. Helyette FQP50N06-ra cseréltem mindegyiket. Most elindul az erősítő, de ahogy jelet kap, kicsapja egyből mindkét biztosítékot.
Mi lehet a probléma? Ennyire fontos lenne, hogy ugyan olyan FET-et tegyek bele, mint ami gyárilag benne volt?
Esetleg valaki vállalná a javítását vagy tudna segíteni, hol induljak el?
