Adott egy ilyen icepower200asc erositőmodul, úgy került hozzám, hogy a 4db vegfok FET közül az egyik rossz volt. Csere utan is tönkremegy.
A tápok megvannak, 47V, +/-12V a műveleti erősítőknek.
Rajzot kimondottan ehhez a modulhoz nem találtam, csak az Icepower200ac modulhoz.
sok alkatreszt teszteltem benne(ellenallasok, kondik, diodak, tranzisztorok), jónak tünnek.
Most a fet-ek nincsenek rajta, igy tudom mérni a gate lábra kerülő feszültségeket. Valamiért nem tetszenek az értékek
Javított valaki ilyet, van valami tapasztalat?

Sziasztok!
A minap kaptam egy házimozi rendszert( Samsung HT-Z110NT/EDC), és a tápegység részében találtam egy általam kérdéses, zárlatos alkatrészt, amit sajnos nem tudok beazonosítani, a kiforrasztása után, a táp többi része elindult.
Az alkatrész neve 9575GP, ami sajnos nekem nem mond semmit sem, és rajzot sem találtam hozzá!
Nagyon megköszönném, ha esetleg valaki tudna erről bármilyen információval szolgálni.
