Sziasztok!
Egy Lg lcd készülék t-con panelján (EAX58328802 (2)) levő WY jelzésű tranzisztor bázisa szakadást mutat. Ha jól azonosítottam ez egy KTC4076. Az összes itthon levő panelt átnéztem (nem csak t-con) de nem találtam. Marad tehát a helyettesítés, viszont nem tudom mivel lehetne... ehhez kérném segítségeteket.

A mellékelt képeken láthato motorhajtást forditva kötötték rá az akkura és tán füstölt......
Elhozták, kiprobáltam és megy.
Viszont egyszerünek tünik és érdekelne a power ic tipusa,és paraméterei.
Hátha valaki felismeri a bonyolultnak nem mondhato kapcsolás alapján.
A power ic- t egy 555- tel tajtották meg.
A hütést is leleményesen oldották meg.
