Fateroméknak van egy Philips 33ML8905/42 típusú TV-jük. Elég régi darab már (15 éves körül lehet), de az öreg ragaszkodik hozzá, mert annak idején 400eFT-jába került. Soha nem volt komolyabb baja, de tegnap vizsgálgattam és a következő két dolgot vettem észre:
- A képe el van csúszva függőlegesen felfelé, mert a legtöbb csatornán a képcső látható részének aljától kb 3-4cm-re van a tényleges kép alja, ami alul egy fényes csíkkal kezdődik..
- A bal oldali hangszóró stereo adásoknál nem szól, csak akkor ha monóba kapcsolom a hangot a távirányítón.
Létezik szervíz menü ilyen öreg készülékeken? Ha igen, hogy tudnám előcsalogatni? Esetleg valami tipp a hibák okára?

Sziasztok.Kérlek benneteket segítsetek nekem ezzel a tvével kapcsolatban a képe össze van csuszva.Csereéltem benne a stk de nem változott semmi .A hang egy darabig szólt és most már elnémult,de ezzel a problémával még nem foglalkoztam.A képet nem tudom szét huzni .teszek fel rólaképet.Nézzetek rá,elöreis köszönöm.
