Philips 42pfl9803H/10 Chasis q529.1e lb. LED blinkning 2 times
Hi. I have a Philips 42PFL9803H/10 TV that won't turn on. When I power up I hear 2 relay cliking and the LED is blinking 2 time then pause 3 sek, blink 2 time etc. If have only 3.3v Standby Voltage on PSU. I have downloaded SM for this TV set, but the circuit is only for 37" TV, so is there someone that have the SM for the 42" set? /Jens

A cimbeli TV Szatmarnemetiben mukodik ,kb 3-4 eves es Magyarorszagi kereskedelmi halozatbol szarmazik.Pontosan melyikbol,nem tudom.Eddig set-top box-al mukodott es baratom most kapta meg a DIGI-tol a kartyat es a hozzavalo CAM-ot.Kartyat+CAM-ot beteve,Romaniara,mint orszag allitva,nem talal digitalis adast csak analogot.Halozatkent felajanlja elsonek a UPC majd "egyebb halozatok",semmi reszletezes.Mind a ket opcioval ugyan az a helyzet.Viszont Svedorszagra allitva megtalalja a digitalis adasokat is (benne vannak a csatorna listaban) de NO SIGNAL uzenetet ad barmelyiken es SIGNAL LEVEL 0.Analogok igy is jonnek.A szolgaltato (DIGI) kiszallo csapata szoft inkompatibilitassal ( TV es CAM) magyarazza a jelenseget.Szerintetek mi a hiba megoldasa?
