Üdv mindenkinek!
Ehhez a plazma tv-hez kellene egy kis segítség, aminek Y-SUS paneljén (6871QYH036D) zárlatos volt a hibrid IC. Ezt és néhány rossz ESR értékű elkót cserélve a panel továbbra is leterheli a Vs-t. Kapcsirajz híján elakadtam a hibakeresésben, annyit viszont sikerült kiderítenem, hogy a Q101 jelű FET (9NK70Z) környezete okozhatja a problémát, ugyanis ezt a tranyót kivéve beindul a lap, van kép, csak nagyon zajos. A tarnyó hűlt helyén a testhez képest a köv. feszültségeket mérem: G: -63V, D: 10V (képtartalomtól függően kismértékben változik, több fehér-->csökken), S: -75V.
A tranzisztort próbáltam cserélni, a helyzet ugyanaz. Mi okozhatja ezt? Félvezetőket mérve nem találok zárlatot...
Hát, hirtelen ennyi lenne, csatolok képet is (ha sikerül).

A fenti típusú készülékhez keresek egy Távvezérlőt, Ha esetleg tudja valaki hogy milyen típusú darab kell ehhez kérem írja már meg nekem!

Help!! A következő tipusú procit keresem egy régi PHILIPS tv-hez:TMP47C432AP-8188. Használt is tökéletesen megfelel. Ha valaki tud ilyet valahol elfekvőben, megvásárolnám tőle!
