Keresem a CLAA0621A11CW LCD kijelző adatlapját, esetleg a Kenwood DDX374BT vagy DNX4150BT kapcsolási rajzát. Az LCD-ből csak a 01CW adatlapját találtam meg, de nem tudom, a gamma feszültségek ugyanazok-e.
Ezen az oldalon elérhető lenne, de regisztráció után pontokat is kellene gyűjteni, vagy valami céges regisztráció kellne.

MosFET végfok, de nem tudom, milyen fet-ek lehettek benne. DFP640, ami biztos, (ez ugyanaz, mint az IRF640), de nem tudom, ezekben a FET-es erősítőkben mindkét oldalon ugyanolyan FET-ek vannak? A legtöbb rajzon csak N csatornások vannak, szokás itt komplementer párok alkaémazása? N és p csatornás?

Segítséget szeretnék kérni az alábbi navigációs problémára:
Adott egy Chevrolet Captiva autós navigáció. SD kártyáról történő rendszerfrissítés után a gép nem indul. Vagyis bekapcsoláskor 10-15 másodpercre megjelenik a Chevy logó,ezután kikacsol és újraindul a navi. A Wince felület nem elérhető, Activesync nem látja, SD-ről nem boot-tól , a programokat tároló 29F32G08CBACA flasht nem keresi. Olyan mind ha eltűnt volna Bootloader.
A gép felépítése:
Proci: AU1250 MIPS -es
A proci mellett található FLASH memória: S29GL256S10TFIO1
Az op rendszer: WinCe 5
Hogyan, milyen módszerrel lehetne elindítani a rendszert? Pl: JTAG
