Mi a véleményetek tapasztalatotok a Tektronix 2215A szkoprol. Mit tudtok rola?(gyenge pontjai)

Hozzá jutottam a fenti frekimérőhöz, és a címben megadott hibát csinálja, minden méréshatárban pont a mérendő frekvencia felét méri, kettő másik frekimérővel leellenőriztem. Hol lehet a hiba ?

Nevezett tápban sikerült hazavágnom valamit soros / párhuzamos átkapcsolgatás közben.
Tünetek: független módban a bal oldal hibátlanul működik, a jobb terheletlenül is zárlatban van. Nagyon nem akarom gyötörni, de látszólag nem fix ellenállásra dolgozik, 3 - 6 V között éri el az 5 ampert.
Soros vagy párhuzamos módban is beteg, úgy tűnik, a jobb oldal a főnök.
Elsősorban rajzot keresek, de tippeknek is örülnék. Köszönöm előre is.

Építenék -ha lehetséges- gyors felfutású négyszög generátort. Jó volna ha a felfutási időt 1ns körül lehetne tartani, az oszcillációs frekvencia úgymond' mindegy, de legalább 50MHz körül kéne, frekvencia stabilitás nem érdekes, kimeneti feszültségnek 5-6V kellene 75 Ohmos lezárásra. Lehetséges ilyet házilag eszkábálni, vagy reménytelen?
