Hoztak egy kijelzőt, a háttérvilágítás FET-je tönkrement. 9001 y6k5fe a jelölés a led driver IC-n, kimenete egy 19N10-es fet, dióda, tekercs, kondi.
A FET 100V 15A. Ezt indokolatlannak tartom, próba erejéig egy 2SK2865 600V 2A-es fettel elindítottam, ment.
Milyen fetek szoktak lenni ekkora monitorokban?
