egy Onkyo minihifi (CR-185) áramtalanítás után mindig lenullázza az óráját, gondoltam kicserélem benne a szuperkondit.
Azonban semmi nem változott, ugyanúgy 0:00 fogad ha kihúzom és visszadugom.

Pana SA-EH60 típusú hifibe keresnék hangvégfokot, megfizethető áron. Ha esetleg valakinek van, bontottat.
RSN307M44A a hybrid típusa.

Barátom erősítőjében a +, - között van ez a bizonyos dióda, mely valami oknál fogva felrobbant. Szerinte jó polaritással kötötte be a tápot. Ki tudja?
Méretét tekintve jó vastag, kb 6 m/m.Ami megmaradt belőle azon csak egy 3- as, illetve alatta vastagabb 8- as látszik. Ezek lettek volna a kiindulásai a megjelölésének.
Kérdésem, hogy mi a kritériuma más típusú dióda beépítésének? Sajnos csak ilyen képet tudtam készíteni a maradékról.
Ideiglenesen bele raktam egy fiókban talált diódát,melyet egy számítógép tápból mentettem. Kipróbálva az erősítőt működik rendesen.
Kérem szíves segítségüket, melyet előre is köszönök!

Van nálam egy Pioneer A80 erösitö a végfokpanelon van két tranzisztor ami meg van szakadva Q101 2SA985 Q102 2SC2275.Milyen DB.. tranzisztorral helyettesítem.Van egy jópár DB tipusu tranzisztorom.
