Tisztelt Kollégák!
A fenti modulban található IXTQ82N25P Power mosfet tranzisztorai (3db) zárlatossá váltak.Kerestem ,de sajnos nem találtam egyik alkatrészekkel foglalkozó áruház kinálatában sem.Esetleges helyettesítéséről sem találtam semmi infót.Kérdésem az lenne,hogy tud-e valaki más tipust helyette .Esetleg van-e valakinek ilyen FET vagy eledó komplett modulja?

Komplett ledszalag csere történt mind a 7 csík ki lett cserélve de a középső két csík nem működik, led teszterrel minden ok, direktbe csak a tápot kapcsolva szintén minden rendben, szerintem Nand cserés , maint nem látok sehol , ha valaki tud valami okosságot vagy megírni a Nandot megköszönném, persze nem ingyen

Sziasztok ,Kérdezném a tapasztalt lcd szakiakat a ue55es6100w bekapcsolás pillanatában pár másodpercig jó a kép utána megjelenik alul 4-5 vízszintes , meg balról ugyanúgy néhány fűgóleges csík és a kép elkezd fakulni meg elszíneződik azt foltos lesz . Kijelzőhiba ? Javítható ?

Szokásos hibával került hozzám ez a samsung.
Nagytáp rendben, készenlét nincs. A pover kimenetet leválasztva a proci kimenetéről, életjelet nem mutat. Végig olvastam minden infót ezzel kapcsolatban és úgy gondolom, hogy itt is a feltöltés segítene. Tudnátok ezzel kapcsolatban valami információt adni? A most benne lévő box már valamikor volt feltöltve mert egy címkével is el van látva. Valószínű, hogy szakszerviz csinálhatta annak idején.
Esetleg egy tuti működő F-box is érdekelne.
