Segítségre lenne szükségem!
Adott egy 42"-os Samsung plasma TV amiben el szált két darab IGBT.
IGBT típusa: GP70N33 (Hazánkban nem találtam beszerzési forrást)
Kérdésem lenne hogy hol tudnék ilyen IGBT-t vásárolni vagy mivel tudnám helyettesíteni?

Hoztá ezt a tv t azzal a hibával hogy egy idő után elmegy a hangja és csak kikapcsolás után indul ujra,levettem a hátulját,hátaz Fboxon a proci olyan forró hogy nem álja az ujjam,de lenyitott hátuljával nem csinálja,csak ha megmelegitettem egy kicsit.
Amit ugynéztem hogy nem jó átforrasztottam rajta,de nem hatotta meg,elé tetem egy kis ventit,azóta megyen,a proc is elfogadható hőfoku.
Azt kérdezném benne hagyhatom e,egy kapcsolt tápra téve,mert nem sok jövőt jósolok neki hütés nélkül
A 3volt nál 3,29 et mérek az5 nél 4,96 ot legalábbis enyit mutat a müszerem,jók e ezek az értékek,rajzom a sajnos nincs.
