Kaptam ezt az autódiagnosztikai műszert hibásan,semilyen üzemmódban nem reagál a bemenetre.Állítólag hálózati feszültséget mértek vele, és feszültség alatt Hz-állásba tekerték az üzemmód kapcsolót, akkor ment tönkre.Bekapcsolható, a display minden üzemmódot kijelez, de a mérő bemenetekről abszolút kuka.A kijelző jobb felső sarkában minden üzemmódban villog egy akkumulátor szimbólum, ami akár hibaüzenet is lehet.
Sajnos semilyen dokument nincs hozzá.Az áramköri lapokon nem látszik sérülés nyoma.
Kérem a hozzáértő tanácsaitokat.

I can't use all of the track settings on my CS-1021 oscilloscope.
"Astig" must be turned fully clockwise, "Intensity" does not work, "Focus" must be turned fully clockwise, "Trace Rotation" is the only command that works.
What can I check?

Settings are set and known good function generator being used for testing. Wave not able to fix on the screen. Suspect triggering.
Visual inspection complete with no discoloration of any part. Problem exists for both channel 1 and 2.
Can't find exact service manual.
