Sziasztok !Nevezett nyomtató lejárt szavatosságú festékpatron (C4840)chipjének resetteléséhez kérnék segítséget. Festék még van a patronokban csak ez a fránya nyomtató figyeli a szav. időt is és nem hajlandó nyomtatni.
Egyik ismerősömé a nyomtató. Történt hogy kifogyott a feketéje. Vett bele egy után gyártottat/töltöttet nem tudom pontosan, de a lényeg hogy betette, és mondta neki a nyomtató hogy nincs benne patron. Elkönyvelte hogy hogy biztosan rossz az után gyártott, vett bele gyárit, de a jelenség megmaradt :( Firmware frissítést javasoltam neki, de nincs hozzá :( Valakinek valami ötlet?

üdv: érdekes hibám volt a lapolvasóval.
Egy könyv pár lapját szkenneltem, kinyitva ráfért, 5 cm vastag, a villanyt levettem, hogy ne legyen körben csík.
Minden másolásnál csak az egyik oldalt szkennelte be.
Néztem a beállításokat, sehol erre vonatkozó utalás.
Már újra akartam telepíteni.
Megoldás: a képernyőtől kapott fényt, ahogy letakartam egy vastag pulóverrel, a hiba megszűnt.
