A tulaj új akkut, új kazettát vett bele mert azt hitte így jó lesz:-) Közben kiderült, hogy eme nemes alkatrész elvándorolt valahová a gépből :-) EBAY en találtam, de... csak van valakinek itt a tanyán a fiókban... Sony CCD TRV-238E camcorder has two issues, first, a wire in the harness( PD-124) is almost cut, which causes bad contact in the LCD panel, I've tried to used a sort of glue to fix it but without success, soldering the two parts is almost impossible ( see picture), the area is too tight.
Second,  when the connexion for standard flexible are cut it is possible to scratch the two parts and connect them with extension wire and welding, but in the case of the CONTROL KEY BLOCK's flexible which is used to connect the CONTROL KEY BLOCK to the mainboard, connexions are not made of copper!  (carbon maybe, trying to polish  will destroy them!), actually, they are worn out (see picture).
Because these spare parts are no longer available in my country,  please I need your advice to fix harness and CONTROL KEY BLOCK's flexible.

Could somebody tell me how I can get (or buy) the Sony AdjustStation with the adjustment manual for my old Sony A55V camera? Recently, the IBIS died in this camera, and after some time the shutter died too. This rendered the camera completely unusable. Since the camera is quite old, no repair shop near me was willing to fix it at a reasonable price. So I bought the shutter unit and IBIS on AliExpress and successfully swapped them. The problem now is that the shutter is clearly misaligned. The service manual says that after replacing the shutter and IBIS, they must be calibrated to work properly. According to the manual, AdjustStation software is required for that. The camera is very important to me as it holds many memories, so I’m determined to get it working again.

Üdv Mindenkinek! Ha nem velem történik, el sem hiszem! Kaptam egy használt kazettát, és miután betettem, újra kiadta. Ekkor nyitottam ki, és láttam, hogy a szalag totál gyűrött... Ezután viszont a saját kazettáimat sem játszotta le. :) Két fej kitörött. Szóval videófej csere a megoldás, amihez kérem a segítségeteket. ( beszerzési forrás, otthon panelhibával, vagy mechanikai hibával porosodó készülékből kimenthető fej...) Kérlek. ha tudtok segítsetek! A gond nálam is az anyagiak hiánya,és szeretném viszonylag olcsón újra működőképessé tenni. Tudom, kifutott technika, de az évek óta felvett kazetták digitalizálásához nagy segítség lenne. Köszönettel: FEJO Fejcsere után újra működik... :)
