I have read the cables from the TCON to the display loosen up on the end to the panel. I believe as I am working on moving the cables around, the picture is improving 
and getting clearer. So I think thats the problem. Someone mentioned using tape over them to hold them to the panel better. I have not taken the metal frame off to 
look at them, but there is a narrow gap where I read some people stuff cardboard in there to press down on them better.

Has anyone ever seen this issue and come up with a good way to resecure the cables?

Sziasztok! Ez a tv 5-öt villog egyfolytában, és nem jön meg a kép sem rajta csak akkor ha programot váltok. Ha nem akkor vagy 5 percet is lehet rá várni mire lesz kép. A kettő összefügg vagy nem,más hiba lehet. A képen húzza egy kicsit a zöld színt.Mi lehet a probléma?

Sziasztok! Próbáltam beletenni ugyanolyan lábkiosztású IR vevőt, de azzal sem megy. Eredetileg SBX1318-11 volt benne, de azzal be sem indul (főkapcsolóval). Ezt leszámítva működik a saját tasztjával, csak elhangolódik a beállított adóról kis mértékben - ennek utánajárok hátha mond valaki magyarázatot a fenti jelenségre.
