Segítséget kérnék a fenti kazán füstgáz érzékelő alkatrészének beazonosítását illetően.
Kód szerint füstgáz érzékelő hibát jelez.
Kinézetre üvegházas diódának látszik de 200 kOhm ellenállás mérhető a kivezetésein.
Milyen alkatrész lehet ? (Tip: Bosch 87044012060).

Maxon NMT-450 készülékem hibátlan, eredeti. Tud valaki segíteni rajzzal, sotware-rel, hogy amatőr rádiót csináljak belőle?
így néz ki:

Sziasztok!
Van nálam egy kici kínai led-driver modul. A rákötött lámpa villog (másodpercenként egyszer felvillan). Az IC benne egy 6 lábú sot23-as tok, 0H=205 felirat.
Lábkiosztás:
1 = GND
2 = VCC
3 = OUT
4 = FB
5 = ? a trafó VCC-t előállító tekercsére van kötve 68k-val
6 = ? egy kis kondenzátor van a föld felé
Az FB-re a trafót meghajtó fet Source-on GND felé levő 0,5 Ohm ellenállás van rákötve, tehát a FET áramára szabályoz. Szekunderről nincs semmi visszacsatolás, csak dióda és kondenzátor.
A FET benne HM7N65F

Így nézett ki, kiöntve szürke valamivel, amit sikerült lepucolni.
