Rotel RA-980BX equivalent transistors
Hi All,


I have a Rotel RA-980BX amp with a blown channel. I have sourced most of the transistors, but am struggling to find the other 4.


Part numbers as follow:
2SC3478
2SC4381
2SA1376
2SA1667


What would be suggested equivalents / suitable replacements?


Also, some advice, I suspect the bias pot to be bad. Based on the circuit, would you think that the bad bias pot would cause the drivers and outputs to blow? Any suggestion on modification to prevent this re-occurring?

Hi! Lenne egy ilyen rádió Rettenetesen halkan szól. max. hangerőn is csak ha közel hajolok a hangszóróhoz akkor lehet hallani. TDA8587J van benne. A hangproci TDA7460N. Ha a 20-as CREF lábon lévő 100u/16V-os kondit kivéve és megforgatva, érintgetve megjött a hang, és meg is maradt a következő kikapcsolásig. Az adatlap szerint ez proci a belső tápjának a ref kondija. Volt valakinek ilyen hibája? köszi

Samsung midi hifi system scm-7450 - vel van egy kis gondom kapcsolási rajzot keresnék hozzá,de nem találtam sehol.

Sziasztok! Ez a autórádió nem fog FM-ben semmilyen adót, de AM-ben tökéletesen működik. A készülékben lévő tuner HK-201V, milyen feszkóknak kellene lenni a lábain, eddig van 5V és 8V semmi hangoló feszt nem mértem.
