Ezt a tipusu Fet tranzisztort keresem de sajna nálunk nem lehet kapni esetleg valami helyetesitője lenne vagy ha lehetne kapni valahol az volna az igazi .
Ez egy 1200W os hálózatra tápláló invertebe van tipusa G60N100 ez van rá irva ha valaki tud segiteni azt megköszönném...

A fenti műszerhez keresem a doksit, mert most nagy szükségem lenne rá. Sajnos régebben volt nálunk egy csőtörés és megsemmisült egy csomó anyagom, többek között ez is. Már tudtam szerezni egyet, de az sajnos az újabb IC-s változat, de nekem mindenképpen a régebbi tranzisztoros változatra lenne szükségem.
Egyébként a 2007/10-es RT. lapban megtalálható, csak azt nem tudom, hogy melyik pontosan, mert nincs meg ez sem.
