A fenti müszerhez keresek rajzot valaki kivette az R3 ellenálást és nem tudom az értékét meghatározni.

Keresném az MMC-03 ruszki kéziműszer rajzát, leginkább a tranzisztormérő adapterét.

A fenti típusú Promax zajgenerátort használom.
Volt vele némi problémám, ezért szétszedtem.
Készítettem pár képet és az rf. részt kirajzoltam.
Nem tudom beazonosítani az erősítő részben lévő aktív elemeket (IC3, IC4, IC5).
A három aktív elem azonos típusú lehet és kb. 10dB erősítést produkál a 20...2000MHz sávban fokozatonként.
Az IC-k bemenetén kb. 1,5VDC, a kimenetén kb. 4.4VDC mérhető.
Így kb. 10mA a munkaponti áramuk.
Szerintetek mi lehet az IC-k típusa?

| Sziasztok! Van egy (most már kettő), a képen látható teszterem. A display meghajtó 16 lábú IC-ből kijött az éltető füst. Vettem egy ugyanolyat, hogy majd arról lenézem az IC típusát, de le van sikálva róla a felirat. Milyen IC lehet? Előre is köszi! |
