A címbeli masinához kéne segítség.Szétrobbant a Q2 pozícióban a KSP44 típ tranyó,vitte a Q3 2SC1815-öt. Cseréltem az optót a primer és szekunder elkókat.Viszont a D3 pozicióban lévő smd diódát nem tudon beazonosítani ebben kéne segítség. A táp típusa: SYS2034-A001.Vagy egy táprajz is jól jönne. Az SM ben sajna nincs.

Van egy erosito ahol MJ15003/MJ15004 (140V/20A) parositott tranzisztorok vannak. A táp +/-70V.
MJ15004-eket amiket talaltam azoknak az erositesuk B=96-102 kozott van, ket gyartotol is van nekem 8db-om is.
MJ15003-asok pedig B=35-48, ezert nem tudom osszeparositani oket, mas MJ15003-asokat nem tudok beszerezni, lehetne-e 100V-osokkal helyettesitenem (pl 2N3772) vagy szukseges megis a min.140V ?

van itt egy tárgybeli HIFI berendezés. Az a hiba, hogy a hangvégfok tápja csak úgy hajlandó beindulni, ha a primer testpontot megérintem műszerzsinórral. Erre véletlen jöttem rá, mérni akartam miután a kondikat kicseréltem. Ha ezután lekapcsolom készenlétre, már újraindítható, de ha le van áramtalanítva, akkor újra kezdődik a tortúra. Mit lehet ezzel tenni? Tamás |

Rendelt valaki mostanában TDA8920BJ végfokot?
A hq-videó-tól vettem.
Az bal csatorna torzan, jobb rendesen szólt, kb 5 percig, majd végleg elköltözött az örök vadászmezőkre.
Előtte másik szervizben volt, ahonnan javítatlanul visszaadták. Állítólag. Persze az ícé cserélve volt arra a típusra amit én is kaptam. Gyanítom széria hibás lehet. A +- 28V megvan.
