Orion T2137MTX-S-Flat (PT90) sortranzisztor probléma

Sziasztok! Ez a sík képernyős dög úgy jött ide, hogy nincs benne sortranzisztor. Eléggé szét van berhelve :S Egy rajz (PT90), amit nézek, abban BUH515D lakik. A 110 fokosak voltak más tranzisztorral szerelve, vagy ugyan az van a 90 fokosban és a 110-esben is? Mitől hal meg ezekben a pt90-ekben? Mielőtt beletenném, jó lenne átvizslatni :) Sorkimenő állapotáról nem tudok, bízom benne, hogy nem amiatt hunyt el.... Képcső litván, ez a másik amitől tartok.... Üdv és köszi! Pityesz
