Tisztelt Tanya társak !
Segítséget kérnék egy smd ic beazonosításában. A kérdéses alkatrész Philips projektor tápban leledzik.
A feliratok: 5502M, 1H09N28. 16 lábú. W20NM60 Mosfet- et hajt. Ha lehetne kéne egy rajz is az ic perifériájáról.
Minden segítséget előre is köszönök.

Hc-7068 hajvágó szétszerelése,3db csavart kiszedtem de ettől még nem jön szét.
Nem akarom nagyon feszegetni.Esetleg valaki tudja hogyan tovább?
Azért kellene szétszedni mert nem töltődik fel ill.néha a hajat is ki kéne szedni belőle.

Keresem, de nem találom a fenti 18 lábbal megáldott darabot. Ez egy MW7168-as töltögetőben lakozik.
A gazdi nem tudta, hogy a piros szín mit jelent.........
A benne lévő aktív darabok majd felét kicseréltem, mire idáig jutottam, kapcs.rajz nélkül.

Hoztak hozzám egy elektromos csónakmotort amiben elfogyott a kommutátor.
A méretei:12 szegmens szélességük 5mm, hossza 18mm, átmérője kb23mm lehetett,tengelyméret 9.5mm.
Ha valaki tudna beszerzési forrást kérem jelezze.
