Sziasztok! 16:9-es 66cm-es CRT TV bekapcsolva klattyog a relé, a B+ 145V-rol leesik 130V-ra, a BU melegszik, tehát le van terheve.40W Égôvel stabilan áll a 145V. Ha kihuzom a Horizontalis elterito tekercset akkor beindul a TV nem melegszik semmi csak akkor fuggoleges vonal van. Ha lecsatolom az E/W tranzisztorra vezeto jelet akkor kb 3cm széles a kép majd 10-15sec alatt ugy felmelegszik a BU250AF hogy kiég. Leszedtem már az eltérito tekercset, de az vizualisan szépen néz ki, de 0ohm-ot mérek (egyszeru multiméterrel). Amiket már probara csereltem:BU2508AF, meghajtoja BS270, 8.2nF/2kV meg a melette levo nagymeretu kondik, E/W tranzisztor BDW53B, környékbeli elkók, sajnos már vettem uj nagyfesztrafót is.Megmértem egy masik TV elteritojét ott is 0 ohmot mértem ebbôl gondolom az elterito tekercsem is jó. Most megallt a tudomany..

Belefutottam egy 17mb140 main flash hibába. Nem tudtam az eredeti W25Q128 -at törölni, gondoltam hibás - ezért rendeltem kettő újat.
Itt jött a meglepetés: amíg meg nem írom addig működik az erase parancs, legalább fél percig csinálja. De ha rátöltök egy flash tartalmat, a törlés egy pillanat alatt lefut, és minden adat megmarad.
Ha jól értem az adatlapja szerint be kellene állítani egy státusz regiszter bitet hogy engedje a cip erase parancsot.
"The Chip Erase instruction sets all memory within the device to the erased state of all 1s (FFh). A Write Enable instruction must be executed before the device will accept the Chip Erase Instruction (StatusRegister bit WEL must equal 1). The instruction is initiated by driving the /CS pin low and shifting the instruction code “C7h”or “60h”

UPDATE: Note: This Model and CUC220, CUC720 almost identical My family b. this TV in 80' And worked ~15 years In 90' Black screen ... with Pot. in 100% Brightness, Contrast. In the end 90' puff doesn't work at all. Someone try repair but ... the same black screen. The screen is black ... and we notice from time to time (when the image is very brig.) some small part of image.
Very few dots.

I tested the G1 2X V, G2 5XX V, Heather - G and J Volts in the neck of Cinesc.

Power Supply I tested +A 115 V, +C 200 V , +B 12V, +M 19V
