Tudna valaki nekem segíteni abban, hogy hol lehet beszerezni ELM323 -as IC-t!?

A tablet a sajátom.Amikor teljesen lemerül és magától kikapcsol,a töltőre csatlakoztatáskor úgy jelzi,mintha elkezdené tölteni,két-három sávot halad majd eltűnik a töltést jelző ikon és kezdi elölről.
Ezidáig ha rajta hagytam a töltőn este,reggelre feltöltődött nagy nehezen,de nyilván megelégelte a dolgot.
Ha nem várjuk meg,hogy kikapcsoljon,akkor minden gond nélkül feltöltődik.
Típusát nem tudom,amit találtam rajta : MODEL : GT-P3110.
Mi lehet a baja?

Volt már egy ilyen téma itt, a google fel is dobja, de nem elérhető, vagy csak én vagyok béna..
Még emlékszem is ére, hogy olvastam, eltettem, hogy nekem is ilyen van, de eltűnt. Nem emlékszik valaki az ellenállás értékére? A beltéri egységben, a tápkörben van egy SMD ellenállás, rommá égve, és nem felismerhető... :(

A címbeli szerkezetet készülök venni. Van valakinek ilyen gépe? Milyen tipusút érdemes venni? Mennyire üzembiztosak ezek(gondolom mind kínai)? Ha valakinek van tapasztalata vele, légyszi írja meg! Köszi.
