egy Asus F3 -szériás alaplapon a következő Mosfet tranzisztor tönkre ment.
SI4835DDY-T1-E3 Tranzisztor:egysarkú,P-MOSFET; -30V; -13A; 5,6W; SO8
Van valakinek esetleg elfekvőben ilyenje? Esetleg milyen típussal lehet őt helyettesíteni?
Farnell -n találtam egyet, de nem vagyok biztos, hogy jó lenne e helyette..

Ismerősöm adott egy villanypásztort hogy nem működik sajna a tirisztor meg adta magát de nem tudok rendelni mert itthon nem lehet beszerezni ha esetleg abban tudnátok segíteni hol lehet beszerezni illetve helyettesíteni milyen típussal lehetne BT155W a pontos típusa.
